Measurements/Marking Work

Marking and measuring work, also known as layout, is the process of using tools to mark materials before cutting, shaping, or assembling them. It's an important step in projects that involve working with materials like wood, metal, or fabric. The purpose of marking is to guide further work on the material, while the purpose of measuring is to determine the exact dimensions of objects.

Earth/Excavation Work

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches as per working drawings including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms. Disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed. Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers, ramming and watering.

Barricading Work

Barricading work is the use of equipment to control traffic, pedestrian safety, and perimeter security during construction. Barricades are warning devices that block or outline dangerous areas, and can include cones, screens, tape, rope, wire, chains, or signs. The main goals of barricading in construction are to: Increase safety, Keep equipment secure, Minimize liability, and Stay in compliance. MS sheet / Green Barricade Construction Safety Mat will be used for Site Barricading Anti Termite Treatment Work

PCC Work

PCC stands for Plain Cement Concrete, which is a construction material used as a base for pavement and flooring. It's made from a mixture of cement, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, and water. PCC is often used in footings, grade slabs, and concrete roads.

Steel Binding Work

Steel binding work is the use of binding wire to hold steel bars or rebars together to create a sturdy structure. Binding wire is used at intersections to prevent the bars from moving during construction or concreting. For example, in slabs, binding wire ties longitudinal and transverse bars together, and in columns, it ties vertical bars with stirrups.

Shuttering Work

Shuttering work, also known as formwork, is the process of creating temporary molds out of wood or steel to support wet concrete until it hardens and becomes strong enough to carry its own weight. The molds are used to mold the concrete into a specific shape and size. Once the concrete sets, the formwork is removed.

Column/Slab Casting Work

Column casting is a process that involves forming a column, similar to a wall, with some key differences. For example, the footing is usually a pile cap, caisson, or isolated column footing, rather than a strip footing. The dowels are sized and spaced in the footing to match the column's vertical bars. The column form-work is the mold created by metal, wood, or plastic panels that contain the concrete until it hardens and shapes the column.

Brick/AAC Block Work

High quality Badarpur/ Stone Dust will be used for Brick work, ( 4 inches & 9" inches as per approved drawings) in remaining places AAC Block work with prescribed chemicals except in staircase & lift. 4 beam will be introduced after 4-5 feet of wall for avoiding cracks after finishing.

Plastering Work

Plastering (Lift, Staircase, Toilets, Kitchen exterior faced) 12mm thick with cement sand plaster of mix (1:3) All external wall plaster Including facade to be of the ratio 1:4 (in coarse sand / river sand) with finish. Toilets / Kitchen plastering added with Rough Finish for tiles installation.

Electric Conduit Work

Electric Points on Walls will be Installed According to Architect Drawings. GI/M.S. Boxes shall be placed as per plan for Modular Switches. Cooper Pipes for Split AC will be installed According to Architect Drawings.
